We are a pet friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. There is a limit of 2 pets per household, and a weight limit of 50 lbs. We restrict the following full-breed and predominant breed dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows, Husky. No exotic animals permitted. To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease.
